i am from South Africa. I bought a radio from China and Pantos Logistic mixed up my parcel and my parcel went to Nigeria and I was given a parcel for the person in Nigeria.
I returned the parcel to UPS SCS South Africa that delivered a wrong parcel to me and it's been a month now since this mixe up happened. I still don't have my correct parcel and I'm not getting any update regarding this. UPS is telling me Pantos Logistic in China put the wrong label on the two parcels that's why the parcels were directed to wrong countries. I need my full refund or my parcel(radio), I am tired of waiting! I've paid customs duty fee, I've paid for the parcel, but I'm still left waiting and waiting and I have no clue what's going on with my radio. My details
