I went to paddys service station this morning to show them money been taken off my account but it says declined. The bank said I was to go to the shop to let them. sort it out. The rude admin lady showed me a piece of paper not the print out from card machine like I asked to see. Then I wanted to return some things and she swore at me telling me I'm an old f*****g wrinkly b****h. And said f*****k you you old white b****h. I've been supporting Paddy's for years and shop there almost daily. My card has since been stopped due to it being declined. I have a share account with my BF and he is away. I have no way of getting a new card until he is back. I am disgusted in that womans behavior. I want my money back for the transactions that said declined but in fact went off my account .
