The customer service at this wedding venue was really disappointing. I had my wedding here in April 2017 They had left out 3 items off the wedding menu They insincerely apologized for their massive over site by referring it to be minuscule and offered to reimburse us less than 1% of the total cost we paid them (exactly 0.77% to be exact), we requested that the food items that were left out be made so we could donate the items to the underprivileged - our request was ignored. I do not believe this was an unreasonable request We had asked for the items we paid for and were entitled to and their lack of response is disrespectful and lacked customer service.
