My Mom went there before the lock down to get 4 new brake discs for her UNO Fiat, she only had time and money to get them fitted Yesterday 2 Sep 2020 after the whole Corona Lockdown and only then the mechanic saw that only the one pad was correct and that the other 3 were for a different model/car, with her car striped already the mechanic offered to take her back to get it sorted out just to be ignored by the owner and to be told that she past the 7 day replacement policy and that she could have phoned them during the lockdown to tell them they sold her the wrong spares, how was a woman supposed to know that the spares sold to her was wrong she trusted the men working there to sell het the right stuff, to make things worse the mechanic that took her there told her she can go in alone as he had a similar situation and that he did not even wanted to enter the place. I Phoned them this morning to hear how we can resolve this and they never even phoned me back as he said they would, I had to phone them again just to hear that he will have drop the phone now as they are a bit busy.
