I went in the store this afternoon I ask for 1 Tiribite external hard drive. When I had to pay the the lady was about to ring it up only to hear it's a 2 Tiribite ,it was put in a bag when I got home ready to do work on laptop and to open the bag it's in shocking to see its a internal hard drive. Now the phone number on the slip also don't exist what a nightmare. I'm at the shop first thing tomorrow morning and a Money back too as the money I paid is alot
