I could not speak or think for myself, I was admitted in casualty where I was treated.
Because I was unconscious I could not get pre-authorization , I was treated real good as per the people that admitted me to the hospital.
Obviously my medical aid did not want to pay for certain services because no pre authorization. According to me that was the hospital that was supposed to get this as I could not do it myself. Then I got slammed with medical bills, after numerous arguments and phone calls the following year one of the people told me that I just need to pay for the injections. So they forwarded me the accounts, I did pay accordingly. Now more than a year later there is people asking me to pay the whole account, I would like to get this settled as it's not my wrong doing for not getting pre authorization. Can someone please call me regarding this issue or e mail me . I'm in process of seeking legal advise as i'm getting harassed by debt collectors .
