Had to admit my mom on 11.7.2020. What a pleasant experience!! My mom was received via trauma entrance by ambulance. I had to open file at reception. Lady at reception was professional but friendly. Then had to go back to trauma and chat with sister about mom. Overall it was a warm comforting experience. Thank u all
