I took a sample to have paint mixed to match. There is a vast and very obvious difference in the colour they mixed.

Next time I will check final product before leaving the store and not assume they are experts in matching colours. On 2nd thoughts...once bitten twice shy....

In general customers service at the Parow branch sucks.

Nancefield Paint sells good products but customer service at Parow branch is terrible. The phone number provided is either disconnected or customer inquiries is just not important to them, nor do they inform customers about ongoing specials.
