Since Ashburton has fallen under the Msunduzi Municipality, the roads are no longer managed, the grass has just been left to grow. There is litter strewn everywhere, broken water pipes are never attended to on time. When Ashburton fell under it's own municipality, this was never the case. It is now a derelict little village that the Msunduzi Municipality has long forgotten! They're not even worth 1 star.
