Bad experience when it comes to phone department, no help at all manager ignored me and went to the office when I was stating my case, instead of her play her role as the manager of the store. She walked past us and left the guy to handle the matter... in my experience of retail if a customer comes to complain, a manager should play her role. Thank you but I had the most bad bad bad experience in Somerset west clothing store.
