This is the absolute worst shopping experience of all my days on the face off this earth. I went to the shop to make a purchase, my account was accidentally debited twice. Which is a problem easy enough to correct, but the told me to wait the error would correct its self. I waited it did not. I went back they said go to the bank, i went to the bank they told go back to the shop. I called the banks customer service they said go to the shop, i called Mr price customer service they said go back to the shop. Till now i have wasted 9 days following up on an issue they could have easily resolved. I have called the shop now 9 times in a span of several days and they have not answered it once.
