Good Morning... I purchased gents sleeper shorts 2 of the same, the first time round the sizes were incorrect n I exchanged with no issues... I took 1 of the one exactly as the item to exchange and another of the same price but different pattern,however the cashier on that day was OK with that. Unfortunately my son preferred the one that was exchanged for. I returned with the one to be swapped on Saturday, and after a lengthy explanation the supervisor asked me to return with both on Sunday, to prove that what is on the till slip and the items corresponds. She signed on the slip. I returned on Sunday, again after lengthy explanations and the signature on the till slips the item was swapped.
