The calming elements relaxes you so that you are simply left to enjoy this once in a lifetime day with your partner, while your photographer takes advantage of the wide open grasslands, fountains, gardens and great view, which will all capture the picture perfect moments.

As your perfect day is approaching fast, and the reality starts setting in as to how many arrangements still lie ahead, from picking photographers and florists, to finding a suitable DJ and all the rest. Monte Vista provides you with peace of mind by offering wedding packages and services that takes care of all that you will need.

Our Monte Vista wedding coordinator will assist and guide you to plan your day down to the finest detail so that your day is as perfect as you have always dreamt it will be.Our incredible range of décor caters for any theme. Our specialists will ensure that you are amazed with their décor layouts and creative designs.

Conferences

Our products include all standard equipment that is required, from a PA system, stationary and overhead projectors that can be scaled up to any audio/visual requirement

Our menu allows for scalability, from delicious luxury snacks to something more formal. Whatever the requirement, we will cater for it. At Monte Vista, we undertake to be your brand ambassadors while you are in our hands, we will deliver to your company’s stadards.

The premises allow for large conferencing, product launches and exhibitions as our hall seats over 600 people comfortably. Alternatively if you have something smaller in mind, we have the ability to scale to this requirement.

Your Function coordinator will plan your conference or function to the finest detail and ensure that every aspect of your function is considered, from corporate branding, brand awareness, stationary for all participants, menu’s as well as shuttle services when accommodation outside of the premises are used.

We cater for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks seven days a week.

Year end functions

At Monte Vista we understand how important Year-End functions are to our clients, from a social get together or whether you want to drive a specific theme or objective with this year’s end function, we have the solution for you. Our products cater for teambuilding orientated year-end functions, Lunches, or Dinner parties.

Matric farewell

The positioning of Monte Vista is perfect for your Matric Farewell Function. Situated on the R563, Sterkfontein road, it’s easy to reach the venue with no traffic congestion.

The meandering roads guide you to the pinnacle in front of the hall where the DROP-OFF is situated. Parents can enjoy a welcome drink while taking those memorable photo’s.

The matriculates will be welcomed into a spectacular hall, set-up with the top class décor, and served a scrumptious 3 course menu by our waiters.

Our product is all inclusive, to ensure very little input necessary from the organizers, to ensure they can enjoy this event just as much.

Our Stylish Bridal suite with En-suite bathroom offers a luxurious night stay equipped with a coffee bar. You can relax in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful cradle view while sipping a glass of champagne to conclude the final celebrations.

Enjoy a breakfast in the cocktail area, where you can experience the beautiful mornings in the cradle before your departure to your honeymoon destination.

Private Suite

Our Stylish Private suite with En-suite bathroom can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 kids also equipped with a coffee bar. This suite is unique for the male bridal party to dress or for additional accommodation.

Guests can enjoy an optional breakfast, where they can experience the beautiful mornings in the cradle.

Chalet

Our Classy Chalet with En-suite bathroom equipped with Shower/Bath can accommodate 6 guests, also equipped with a coffee bar. This suite is unique for the male bridal party to get dressed or for additional accommodation.
