Mirum Continues Growth in Asia, Acquiring Shanghai-based Digital Transformation Company 3Ti

With almost 1.4 billion people and explosive growth in e-commerce and the business-driven internet, China presents a tremendous opportunity to help companies with digital transformation.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that Mirum has acquired 3Ti Solutions, a digital business transformation and innovation consulting company headquartered in Shanghai. 3Ti will rebrand as Mirum and continue to develop the Chinese market, working closely with existing Mirum teams in Beijing and Hong Kong, as well as J. Walter Thompson and WPP.
3Ti was founded in 2005 by Andrew Tong (pictured above) to service both global and domestic clients. The company’s services span digital business strategy consulting, product design and development, and software and mobile app development. 3Ti also provides IoT solutions and has designed and developed smart wearables and smart office, health, and finance products for leading clients.
It’s a significant expansion of team capabilities that Anthony Yang has built to service clients in China with the team in Hong Kong. The Mirum and 3Ti teams complement each other both geographically and in skillsets. Mirum now has real strength to support multinationals coming into the market and Chinese brands looking to expand regionally or globally.
3Ti is also an exclusive partner for WeChat, bringing deep e-commerce and social marketing solutions to global brands looking to build business in China.

The team includes data scientists, project managers, technical experts, and consultants, located in three offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xi’an. Their key clients include China CITIC Bank, Bank of Communications, MasterCard, UnionPay, China Eastern Airlines, Ctrip, Geely, Michelin China, IKEA, OPPO Electronics Corporation, BenQ Corporation, Shiseido, and Fosun.
