When I bought this part from them I paid immediately, they didn't have to call, whatsapp and email me 5 million times just so they can receive refunds.
All I got was empty promises, I'm a business owner aswell and it's my first time buying from them. I buy engines and parts regularly but they now chased away a loyal client. I'm not sure if this is how they do business but your clients always come first, making them happy comes first.
Anyway I wouldn't recommend Mike's place to anyone, terrible customer service from the manager.Excellent service from Travis he deserves the 5 stars but the company itself deserves none. It's now been 8 days since I returned a part to them. I was promised that I would receive a refund ASAP, Monday I was told the refund will be done, Tuesday I was told it will get done, on Wednesday I was told personally by the manager that the money will reflect in my account. On Thursday he promised me the money will reflect either the evening or Friday morning as he did the payment himself. I asked for proof of payment and he said he will send it to me. It's Saturday today, I haven't received a refund or my proof of payment as promised.
