Founded in 1994 by Mike Shefer,  a born and bred Port Elizabethan, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

MSE has grown from a two-man operation to an established, well known business with 10 employees. MSE is the only FULL SERVICE property management company in the Port Elizabeth/Nelson Mandela Metropolitan region.

Our services include property management, residential rentals, residential sales, commercial leasing, commercial sales, sectional title management, homeowners’ association management and property maintenance. We also offer comprehensive property evaluation, tenant screening, rent collection, payment out of related property expenses and full record-keeping.

Our current management portfolio ranges from single apartments to blocks of flats, and from single dwellings to shopping centres, office blocks, industrial warehouses, retail centres, sectional title complexes and homeowners’ associations.
