I applied for a loan online and I was contacted by Slindile from Durban branch of Maxlaw only to find out that its not a loan its something else and she loaded a Debi check of R710.00 and I don't know what is that for, I don't even have a contract. I've been trying to contact Maxlaw offices countless time and unfortunately calls are not answered. Can the company cancel that Debi check with immediate effect.

I have been trying to contact the company for few weeks now, my account was debited and only spoke to the consultant once or twice, His name is Mududuzi. I keep on calling their landline no response most of the time and when i do speak to someone they transfer my call to Mduduzi Its always just ringing I left my number for call backs and have not received a call back, AM ON A PROCESS OF STOPPING MY DEBIT ORDERS AS AM NOT EVEN SURE WHAT AM PAYING FOR.
