Please when you advertise a special make sure your cashiers tills have the same pricing please - 2 l oil was R49.99 on Sunday afternoon (20/06/2021) likewise Bonnita salted butter 500g was 2 for R100.00 but at the cashier it was more expensive, I was charged R62.40 per bottle of oil on my invoice number 169 POS 67 Cashier 381. I have tried to call on the land line which clearly does not work and when you phone customer care they give you this contact number - besides being frustrated and wasting my business time it is very annoying !!!! Your store is not centrally located therefore we cannot simply drive there daily to sort issues out and have sent e mails tried to phone and still no one has come back to me regarding the credit due to me on being overcharged.

In all the times I have purchased anything at Makro I have had great service. The one guy that helped me was Randal. Very friendly and very helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE RANDAL!!!!

Makro has a massive variety of products and the prices are competitive so you will find some things cheaper here and some things not all that great. The staff is great as im a regular there and they always sort me out when i have an issue theres also a lot of bulk items which work out cheaper to buy in quantity.
