I have submitted protection order letter which the first time going there they informed that the printers was not working for the whole of December, I returned to the office more than 3 times. The last time I went the on the 15th of December 2021 and I was told to return on the 31st of January and Now I was told all the files submitted in December are expired I need to start all over again. And When I requested for the new form to start the process all over again. I was informed that the printer is broken I need to come back next work to check if its working

I really feel helpless at this point on what should I do protect myself in this country

most horrible service i have ever received in a government offices.
1st time complainant and was disgusted by the way the officials handled my case!
