My experience with Sebokeng court is any but satisfactory. Its been 5 years since attending my fraud case and to date there is no conclusion or finalization. I believe I submitted all the required proof of my case, proving that the 2 accused individuals committed fraud, but the system is really failing me. Is it possible to escalate my matter further where they will treat my case as priority and with sense of urgency. I simply need my R 50 000 refunded or the 2 accused to be arrested for the fraud they committed.
