Lunchbox has disappointed me today, I phoned the company about 4 times to order like I do everyday, no answer, when a delivery person came to deliver other employees lunch I politely asked for the order to be on credit that we have paid every-time on time. The delivery person nodded and said yes he will bring the order. after 55 minutes i had to call again for my order which still hasn't been delivered, only to hear that because of a full account the wont be able to bring the items. All is good but why not let me know, when asked the question the person over the phone was rude, unprofessional and said I lied regarding what he said. I am very unhappy, I have supported them everyday and this is the gratitude I received.
