We had our turbo redone via (Turbocharger Repairs in Potgieter Street, Trade Link Park, Strand), we dealt with Louw Visser on approx 11 Jan 2022 where we dropped and picked up the turbo in Church Street, Strand. When it was installed it still leaked and made a funny noise. We immediately advised Louw and he said he will come through to us to have a look as obviously our bakkie cannot run like this. We kept following up and it kept being rescheduled up until now that he ignores us completely. I am going to go to small claims court regarding this as it has a 12 month warranty and he should've made a point of ensuring it is working as we paid fully for it.
