On Saturday the 04 of May 2019 from 08:00 to 09:19 we had to sit and listen to the staff member of the library on a social telephonic conversation which was put on a speaker. This shows lack of respect for the community studying and no respect for her job. Our valuable time was wasted. This lady needs to change her attitude with immediate effect.
