I would like to file a formal complaint - My rights were infringe
and violated and my dignity was trampled upon. The store manager refused to refund me for the goods that were still sealed and brand new I bought them the previous day, for R840.00, He refused to refund me and said it is not in their policy when I asked for the refund policy he also refused and get back to his workstation and left me unattended, I then decided to leave the goods on the counter and left the shop, the goods were sealed and in GOOD condition, I need recourse as a customer .
NO REFUND Policy IN PLACE -as per Section 56(2) of the CPA
