There's no communication, it's like they don't need any customers. I just made payment for the alarm installation, and I called several times to to find out what's next, they take your number and never call you. I give you my money to give me your services, I expect to hear from you not silence. 8000 plus for installation is a lot of money. How do we trust you will respond when there is a break-in.
