I have purchased a Dell computer at Kloppers George in June 2017 at R11799. The warranty on the computer was 1 year which expired on 17 June 2018. The motherboard packed up a week ago. I am not impressed with the after-sales support I have received from Kloppers - the quote provided by Dell to replace the motherboard is R8187.78 - which is a rip-off. The motherboard should last longer than 1 year but I was told that I was unfortunate to buy the Dell Laptop's with the 1 out of 1000 motherboard failure and there is nothing Kloppers can do to assist with the replacement of the motherboard. I have expected better service from Kloppers George and will not buy anything from them again.
