My computer has been there for over a month - with one excuse after the other. After paying almost R5000, the machine was still not in a working condition, and this last stretch was about a month. I took it in for a new battery, and to refurbish the hard drive, but when I got it back, it did not charge anymore. Now a month later, they finally told me they can't fix it, and they want to give me a refund. So they charged me, AND then they broke the machine.
