I am very disappointed in the service that I got from Kekkel & Kraai. They have messed up my whole catering program. I ordered chicken last week for Tuesday, 26 October 2021. Today when I want to pick up the lady Edith told me that they have lost my details and never ordered the chicken. What is flabagasting is that she behaves as if it is allright not to render service excellence. Mxm

I have ordered 5 boxes of whole chickens for our organisation. On account of pickup the employee Edith told us that she never ordered and that she lost our contact details. Kekeel & Kraai Oudtshoorn can you accept such pathetic service as excellence??
