Very poor service. Rented for a year and it's been the worst. Went into this property with the false hope of having all the issues resolved but for the year they refused to do anything despite the fact some were dangerous. Once I was in that was it, I was stuck there for the full year paying a lot for rent especially for such a unfit for purpose place. After all was done and I moved out 2 months later I have had several different invoices for jobs needed done all with different amounts. After threatening me because I reviewed the last invoice was R100 less of my deposit. This ensured I seen none of my R12000 deposit back. Please do your homework and look at all review platforms. I am not the first person to be scammed of a deposit and certainly will not be the last.
