Treatment at Jabavu clinic is very bad, sister Nothile she lacks communication skills she has a bad attitude she doesnt know how treat patients she chased me away and i am 9 months pregnant and if anything happens to me or my child is on her.

The services at this clinic is literally the worst in soweto
I arrived at 9:30 am an I stood outside the premises until 12:30 without being attended nor being told what's going on
When I went in the at 12:40 I asked for their email address so I could file a formal complaint and nobody knew including the operation manager who only told me I could only file a desk complaint and she doesn't have an email address an it was shocking such big organization doesn't have an email address
I wish something can be done about this because people come for health assistance but are left outside with no assistance
