On the 15/07/2020 I visited the clinic for a Covid test since I had a family member contaminated which I did state at reception. I was told to wait since only one nurse is responsible for testing. I waited for an hour until I went back and asked for help again until she was called and she told me that she was not aware that the was a patient waiting for her and she doesn't have forms for the Covid test so I must come back the next day. I am very disappointed In the way they deal with cases. And went back home without receiving help.
