I have paid my account in full 2019 but they still have me on the blacklist list. All the phone numbers they gave you does not work and they are not very helpful. If i get my paid-up letter from them i will never buy from them again in my life. Miss Chrizel du Plooy bought an Asus desktop with a z490-p, corsair 480 gig m.2 SSD, RTX 3060 12 gig, Corsair 16 gig ram and 550W PSU for 25K on the 11/10/2021, on credit. It was working fine for 2 months but on 20/12/2021, while playing Warzone, it powered off without warning and when I tried powering it back on, the lights came on but the screen failed to display. I took it in to Incredible Connection in Montana, Kolonade, on the same day. The technician told me they will send it in to Asus but it will take about a month before I get it back because Asus repairs only open on 10/01/2022. Later the week the sales rep Koketso told us they booked it in on 23/12/2021. After almost a month getting no feedback I phoned to get an update, just to find out the pc is still stuck in store.
