I did a lay-by in August. Yesterday I went to pay my outstanding balance and take my fridge home. I paid the outstanding amount and after I paid they told me there is no stock in Greenacres and I must collect my fridge in Baywest Mall. I am so disappointed with the service we received at House and Home Greenacres!
