My husband and i booked online for 9am at Alberton Home Affairs. We arrive 15 minutes earlier expecting to wait till 9am and go in and be assisted. At 10h30 over 60 people where behind us and all of them stated they had a 9am appointment! The system was created to have order not chaos, as your department brags about. We left at 14h30 as the same reference given at door has to be called over and over for a different person to assist you, and the officials had the audacity to say they are only two at the desk can't we see? I am so disappointed at the services. Please revisit your strategic plans and try having a customer survey as this system is not working for you or the public. Thank you
