I lost my phone at H&M centurion mall store on the 19 December 2020 between 14:30 and 15:20 and we shared our loss with the security guy who referred us to this guy short by height and the guy with desrespect attitude, he told us to go open a case at the police station, and he went further and said their cameras are not for thiefs and the right of entry is reserved
Before me the security guy alluded that there is a person whom his phone was also stollen inside the store and this is a concern.
The guy should have checked the CCTV Cameras so we identified the control n the person is traced but refuse to do that.
