Not following the needed sterilizing and cleaning of the pen and clipboard which customers need to fill in. Following their own rules, not taking the necessary precaution for their customers safety in this difficult time of Covid. Utterly disgusted in the integrity of treating the customer. Photo's will be taken or rather a video to indicate what the problem is!
