Took a skirt to be dry cleaned. The skirt was returned with creases it did not have before I took it there. I complained, was told to take the skirt back and so I did. It has come back even worse than the first attempt. Pleats have been removed, scrunched-up side seams and pockets. Awful, awful service.

I was extremely disappointed by their service. I took my dress in on Wednesday for alterations to collect on Saturday. I went to check on the dress on Friday to see the progress. Only for them to tell me the lady I gave the dress to skipped town and they can't find my dress. Mind you, this lady had such a condescending tone. So Saturday morning they called me and tols me they found my dress and I should come in and show them where I want it altered, so I did. After changing in and out of this dress in the cold Grahamstown weather, the lady tells me she can't do it as she doesn't have a sewing machine.
