Greyhound customer service and accountability must rank as one of the worst companies in South Africa. Please beware that they do not take any care of their passengers luggage and fails to follow their own process. They would give passengers luggage to any one who claims it is theirs without checking corresponding stickers. Once the bag is lost, they may assist in tracking it down, after this it is your problem to retrieve it back from wherever it is. You are on your own. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUS COMPANY. THEY GOING NOWHERE FAST.

I paid for transport service from Joburg to Cape Town but unfortunately was denied entry to the bus because the driver claimed that my ticket number was invalid and my name did not appear on the passenger list. I was traumatised because the bus came very late instead of 1800. I had to sleep at park station whilst making other travelling arrangements. Since March I have not been refunded and the staff have resorted to ignoring my emails.

Greyhound busses are cockroach infested! Bus number 2832 from Mosselbay to Jhb on 23/04/2023: Passengers took videos of all the insects all over the place. I've had the same problem with my daughter that visited me beginning of April 2023 (SAME BUS, 2832. I did report it to Customer Care, but clearly nothing was done about it. It is a health risk.
