I worked for a company where I got a brilliant reference letter but just because my ex-boss dates the lady there my Interview was cancelled because I took my previous employer to the CCMA and won. I think this is unfair. I won the case and got a great reference letter from previous employer so how am I now all of a sudden not good enough to work there?
