Terrible service from your branch. Lady left her trolley in the way right in the store and blocked the entry into the store whilst the other side was packed with customers waiting to pay. Had to wait 45 minutes to make payment for items . Both the tills were down and staff took too long as only one lady was taking payment. Reckless of the store to make upgrades with the Diwali rush. Staff member making arithmetic notes of our purchases and NO RECEIPTS GIVEN FOR ITEMS BOUGHT. I think this is illegal as what if we have to make returns . Manager was going shopping at Checkers and therefore unavailable. Please have more respect for your customers
