Gauteng coaches buses are always full to capacity. The bus even exceeds the limit of standing pupils. It is an everyday story. Can the owners consider getting more train buses or increase the number of busses. Besides being poor customer service it is also a safety risk.

Ever since the month of December 2021 has started we have been treated like we are being done a favor and we are paying customers....this morning it got worse 31/12/2021 we took a bus from Drieziek and we conect at 4ways but we got there and we were told the bus to Randburg via Jan smurt has left.. how so coz it's not our fault that the bus got there few minutes late.. aren't the bus drivers communicating? And we already paid for that trip...so now we have to take taxi's with what money???

Good day, I'm a passenger who travels with Gauteng Coaches the reason why I am complaining is because the Gauteng Coaches Manager doesn't care about us as buses are always late morning and afternoon, we don`t find connection since from Friday. We are not even informed what happened to the old drives that we are use too. Please can you let new drivers to be on time it is a problem to me as I m arriving late at work.
