Absolutely shocking experience / ordered and paid online for a portable CD player and we were sent a display item with NO instruction manual and NO batteries - over 3 weeks later and they have still not rectified the problem. WUMDROP more than useless and you cannot speak to the driver when there is an issue despite being given the drivers contact details!!!!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Store is closed around 9am although operating hours says otherwise, alas my delivery order with wumdrop could not be delivered. Pathetic

This has to be one of the worst shops ive been too, their customer service is awful, as for the managers, i waited over and hour for assistance. only when they saw i was agitated and furious did somebody ask if the could assist me... then only to tell me that they cant assist me because the person for a specific department was not at work.... this after calling the person several times on a pager....
