Recruitment agencies in general evaluate a suitable candidate to present to a potential employer making sure he meets all the job requirements. An HR Manager at a company evaluates this same applicant from another perspective to see if they will fit into the organizational culture, be able to work with the specific manager and fit into the existing team. Coming from an HR background we do both as we realize the importance of both.
We have an extremely intensive screening process and only present the best of the best applicants to our clients. Should we not identify someone meeting all of this criteria we will rather not submit any cv’s. In the end not only do we not want to waste our client’s time or the candidate’s but we will not compromise on our credibility in the recruitment market.
Permanent Placements
Ensuring the right people sit in the right seats is an extremely crucial element of running a successful organization but could be very time consuming. From recruiting to job offer letters and comprehensive reference checks we help you search and select the right candidate for the job.
We advertise on all the most popular search engines to make sure we target the correct audience and have a quick turnaround time for applications. Our comprehensive screening consists of 3x screening processes, followed by a telephonic interview. From this we identify a 4th shortlist of applicants and only invite those potential suitable candidates for an agency interview.
The rule of thumb we apply is if there is even one doubt the candidate’s journey with us ends there.
We also do comprehensive reference checks, ITC checks and Criminal checks and commit that no applicants will be presented to a client if we are not able to find the best out of a fabulous group.
Flexi HR/IR Solutions lastly offer a guarantee period for all our placements during which we will replace the applicant FOR FREE should the employee resign within this period.
Temporary Placements
We also provide a temporary employee service to assist our clients with staffing flexibility and continuity. This allows clients that operate with seasonal or cyclical demands to bring in additional resources when you need them and release them when you’re done.
It also allows for large projects to be undertaken that requires skills that the current staff compliment do not have by bringing people with the required skills into the company for as long as is needed. It also allows filling in the gap of critical staff on maternity or other extended period of leave.
