Products:

Flashings:

Thin pieces impervious material that prevent the penetration of water into a building at the joint of the roof. Flashings direct water away from the joint and therefore protects the building against water damage.

Purpose made gutters and downpipes:

A horizontal channel from metal bent, forming a component of the roof system, which collects and diverts rainwater away from the building and carrying it to ground level through a vertical pipe.

Louvres:

A framed opening in a wall, or side cladding, tilted with horizontal slots that are hung at regular intervals, to admit stale air and heat, but keep out rain, noise and direct sunlight.

Ventilators:

Naturally static vents, fixed on the Ridge or slope of the roof, that allows hot air to escape from a building’s attic and allows the heat and smoke, due to fire inside the building, to escape for a limited time period.

Profiles and Specifications:

The aluminium rainwater goods manufactured by Flashworx, will be of seamless corrosion resistant type 3004 grade, pre-painted aluminium. All work will be executed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Sizes and Dimensions:

125 x 85 Domestic Ogee Gutter

Gutter to be role formed on site from seamless pre- painted aluminium coil to exact measurement. To be hung by 20mm x 2.5mm internal aluminium brackets at 600mm centres, to be secured with a class three tex screws to the facia board. Mitre joined on the corners and end caps to be crimped on the ends. All to be sealed with approved sealer.

Rainwater pipes for 125 x 85mm gutter

• 75 x 50 Rectangular fluted aluminium pipe
• 75 x 50 Rectangular PVC 80mm Round PVC
• Gutter capacity for 125 x 85mm gutter - 75 m² roof per outlet.

150 x 125 Domestic Ogee Gutter

150 x 150 Box Gutter

Gutter to be role formed on site from seamless pre- painted aluminium coil to exact measurement. To be hung by 20mm x 2.5mm internal aluminium brackets at 500mm centres, to be secured with a class three tex screws to the facia board.

• 100 x 75 Rectangular fluted aluminium pipe
• 110mm Round PVC 160mm Round PVC
• Gutter capacity for 150 x 150mm gutter - 150 m² roof per outlet and up to 200 m² roof with a 160mm diameter pipe.

Downpipes are manufactured in aluminium or PVC, and are available in the following sizes:
