I WAS AT THE LA LUCIA BRANCH ON 01.06.20 TO FILE AN ATM DISPUTE FORM AND WAS ASSISTED BY LEE-ANNE. ON REQUESTING FOR A REFERENCE NO. I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WILL EMAIL TO ME. AS AT THIS MORNING I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFERENCE NO. FROM FNB LA LUCIA BRANCH. ALSO HUGE PROBLEMS IN TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO BRANCH VIA THE CALL CENTRE. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE INVESTIGATE AND REVERT TO ME URGENTLY

I was just at the bank and due to my time frame, I had to leave. I was given a number to call to order a card only to be told that I can't be assisted. When I tried calling the branch, I couldn't get through. I've been trying for the past 30mins to no avail.
