due to covid-19 regulations, I need to acquire a permit to travel to a different province. i have called every office in the magistrate court, most phones were not answered, the one's that were answered i was informed that they do not issue travel permits which is a lie. i found the employees were not helpful and very dismissive (did not even TRY to assist).
