I don't know why I never learn my lesson. Took my phone in for a cracked screen repair, which I was told takes 3 - 5 days and it's been 2 weeks already. I called the centre and reception number (same number) 4 times and was on hold for 15 mins on each call, and sent numerous emails with no response. This is not the first time they pull such an unprofessional stunt. It's ridiculous that they are still in business with this kind of behaviour - I would not recommend these cellphone insurers to ANYONE!!!!
