I'm staying in hammaskraal unit 5 kudube since Thursday after 1 of the transformers exploded and since then we don't have electricity and we went to the local eskom in temba and complained but is happening our kids are going to school after having bathed in cold water and our kids are sick.

We have been experiencing power cuts for the past three months where on the first week of the month the power is off for more than 5 days , when calling the support centre number the line is always busy , power has been off since monday night. we cant even get through to the support centre number to find out what is happening. meter/account number 04235258325 /07065082344, a little update would be appreciated with regards to what is going on , cell 0833086034 / 0637805530 / 0731229279

This is the 5th month for us without electricity they say they wont fix unless those who bridged pay and i dont know why us who pay are suffering because of other people.Imagine studying for exams in the dark,we cant even charge laptops to submit schoolwork we are now entering the festive season without electriciy how bad is that
