I think our nurses in clinics needs some training regarding customer care including those doing filing. What I have observed is that the staff at this clinic thinks they are doing patients a favor by rendering their service to them. They need to take their jobs seriously and know that they are public servants not the other way round. matron's must show leadership in providing guidance to the running of the clinic and making sure that staff code of good practice is adhered to all the time. this clinic lacks working order. I expect change to happen soon before iI escalate this to health department.
