i was at jabulani koma engen koma it was around 1:45 am ,i ask the was 2 petrol attended who where working that other one came to service me ,and i ask him to pump my tyres i wanted to go to buy something in the shop .he said is not his job to pump tyre he told the other one that im telling he nonsense when im asking to pump tyre at the both stay in the are car , i then ask the number for the manager inside the store they said they don't have it and the phone is not working ,what i want to know, where they in right to do that ,so that i know next time not to ask that service from the engen garage if not i will like the store manage to apologize to me and the those 2 attended to apologise to me
you response will be much appreciated

I was at engen garage, dobsonville near tshepo themba hospital when I left my car with the petrol attended to pour some gas then call me when finished as I was standing in the atm line. For some reason the petrol attended got inside the car and tried to move it without my concern, the car drove towards me and pinched me through their fence as a result I sustained injuries and the car bumper was recked. Now the manager at the shift said I should go to hospital and take the car to get fixed then bring proof to them and they will pay all costs but now they are beating around the bush, they seem to not want to pay for my expenses, my leg is also damaged but they seem to not care the attendents name is tshepang, he gave me wrong contact details and the garage is hiding him

I was at Engen garage in Sky city mall yesterday afternoon just after 18:00. The guy by the name of Mpho S was so rude and disrespectful to me. He left me there with no service and said he won't help me. The supervisor on duty agreed with him. They were both so rude and disrespectful. The supervisor couldn't reprimand Mpho S, instead they were both ganging up on me. Then today I went to see the manager and the security on duty was also rude and disrespectful. He refused to let me see the manager. I think the Engen garage at Sky City Mall needs better management because everyone does as they please. I'm not happy at all with Mpho, the supervisor and the security.
